BOOKING INFORMATION

In a double room with two adults, chrildren receive the following discounts (with an extra bed int the double room):

up to 1 year --> 100 %
2 to 6 years 50%
7 to 12 years 30%

There is no discount for children in an apartment.

At arrival day the rooms and apartments are ready for occupation at 4.00 p.m. On departure day we ask you to leave your your until 10.00 a.m.

For apartment guests ther is an extra charge of € 22,- per person/day for the breakfast. Breakfast for the rooms on the arrival day, we charge € 22,- per person.
Bread service for apartments daily until 5.00 p.m.

You can pay the entire amount before the start of your holidays on the bank accountspecified by us or pay by cash on the day before your departure. Or you can pay cash at our reception.

Cancellation conditions according to the Austrian Regulations of Hotel Businesses.
If you leave earlier or arrive later the full room/apartment price fo the whole enire stay is charged.

• until 1 moth before the arrival 40% of the full room/apartement price for the whole entire stay.
• until 1 week before arrival 70% of the full room/apartement price for the whole entire stay.
• in the last week before arrival 90% of the full room/apartement price for the whole entire stay.

We therefore expressly ask you to take out travel cancellation insurance (as included in the offer).

Our spa area is open daily from 4.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. (in summer on demand from 5.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.). Each guest gets a towel for use in the sauna. The sauna area must only be entered with house shoes. Bath robes are available for a rental fee at the reception.

Room prices

All prices according to the price list are per person and day for overnight incl. breakfast, WiFi, use of the sauna area, parking space, use of the ski storage room with private ski box per room, exclusive local tax. Prices subject to change. For a onetime rental fee you get a bath robe on the reception.

Apartments prices

All prices acc. to the price list are per apartment and day (each person more € 59,- per day) incl. WiFi, use of the sauna area, parking space, use of the ski storage rom with private ski box per apartment, excl. of breakfast, local tax and final cleaning (number of persons according to price list)

for double room B (only possible on request): If you book a double room B for use of a single person we charge a supplement.

For dogs there is an extra charge of € 22,- per day excluded dog food. Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room and all other common rooms (sauna, parlor).

In times like these, much is uncertain. But we want you to feel safe. So we decided to cooperate with the European Travel Insurance. Things can sometimes turn out differently as expected and you cannot take the well-deserved vacation, because you have become ill, been tested positive for Covid yourself or must be quarantined because of a close relative?
